Dan and Beverly Bishop knew exactly what they wanted for a conservatory off of the family room: solid mahogany rafters covered with solar-cooled, tempered ceiling glass, mortise and tenon joinery, expanses of floor to ceiling glass to view the pool, and venting windows and skylights framed in mahogany.

And they knew exactly who they wanted to have build it: Barron & Jacobs.

The truth is, The Bishops are no strangers to the eclectic Northampton landscape. Dan is a retired contractor and now restaurateur, while Beverly owns a popular local beauty salon and spa. (The Barron & Jacobs crew have been patrons of her salon for over 20 years - we had even shared the same address at Potpourri Mall in the early years of our respective businesses!)
