	So satisfied they kept renovating! Beverly and Dr. John DeWeese were VERY pleased with the master bath add-a-level project from Barron and Jacobs. So pleased, they decided to continue with a total renovation of their Victorian home! The Designer, Cecil "Jake" Jacobs, recognized that the DeWeese's valued precious time alone. As with all his projects, Jake made certain the add-a-level was performed with minimal interruption to their lifestyle. "Jake earned our trust and confidence by putting much thought into the designs he proposed," Beverly explained. "As we eagerly watched our new Master Bathroom beautifully take shape, we decided we would also like Barron and Jacobs to improve other areas of our home." As sometimes happens with older homes, there were some pleasant surprises: "An exciting time during the renovations was when the construction team found those original leaded glass windows in our dining room" Beverly said as she gestured to the windows that had been hidden years ago. "We now enjoy the added light and beauty of the leaded glass during our evening dinners." Jake has fond memories of the project as well. "Bev could have easily been an architect, and she is truly an authority on color. One of the requested changes was to re-roof and paint the house, and Bev's knowledge on color and design truly influenced the project. I learned more about color on this project than I had in the prior forty years. Working with her was a great learning experience."
