The Process—How to get started:

We start by listening and understanding your wants, hopes and dreams for your home or business—the thought that it would be nice to add a family room or a master bedroom suite or space for a larger kitchen or new office for instance. Our designer will help you prioritize your wants and needs to work towards fulfilling your remodeling objectives. We will help you establish your budget and then provide you with a creative, functional design. Through the use of 3D CAD technology you can see your finished project before construction is started.

On-Site Project Management

A unique advantage in selecting Barron & Jacobs as your remodeler is the value that our company places on the relationship we have with you. Your Project Manager, an employee of Barron & Jacobs, will work at your home every day of your project from start to finish. He is a working Master Carpenter that is OSHA-certified. Your Project Manager is responsible for communicating with you every day during the construction process. He is available at all times to answer questions or handle requested addendums. We are fully licensed and registered and our concern for upholding quality construction standards is paramount to our success. Your Designer, your Project Manager and their support staff, are all part of your team that insures your home or business is remodeled in a professional and timely manner from start to finish.
